Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SPYLL web application, services, and platform (https://spyll.id). By accessing or using SPYLL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using SPYLL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using SPYLL services.

2. Description of SPYLL Services

SPYLL is a self-profiling and personality analysis web platform that synthesizes user inputs (such as quiz responses and birth data) using BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and modern psychology to generate an in-depth personality blueprint.

All analysis results, reports, and insights generated by SPYLL are intended solely for self-reflection, personal exploration, and education. They do not constitute medical diagnoses, clinical psychological therapy, financial advice, legal counsel, or professional consulting recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Google Authentication

You may access SPYLL services or store your reading results by signing in via your email address or third-party authentication such as Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and ensuring that your birth date, time, and birthplace entries are accurate for optimal chart calculations.

You may terminate your account or revoke SPYLL's Google authentication permissions at any time through your Google Account security settings.

4. Payments and Report Access

Certain advanced features or chapters within the SPYLL blueprint report may require a one-time payment or valid referral/voucher code.

All pricing details, chapter outlines, and payment methods are displayed transparently before you finalize any transaction.

Upon verified payment, full access to your report is unlocked immediately and remains accessible whenever you log in with your registered credentials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, user interface designs, source code, written materials, illustrations, and interpretation models on SPYLL belong exclusively to the developers of SPYLL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-commercial license to read, download, or save copies of your own analysis reports.

6. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or automatically scrape data from SPYLL systems; (b) attempt unauthorized access to other users' readings or accounts; (c) use SPYLL for unlawful activities; or (d) interfere with the security and stability of SPYLL infrastructure.

7. Limitation of Liability

SPYLL strives to deliver consistent, accurate, and insightful services. However, the platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties against technical interruptions.

Any personal, career, or relational decisions you make following your SPYLL analysis are made under your own discretion and judgment.

8. Changes to Terms and Contact Information

SPYLL reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service periodically. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
